Is there any API to create the Storage-account in C#?

Hi,

For creating Storage account, you will need to use service management APIs in any language of your choice for which Azure SDK is available. Please check out the link: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windowsazure/hh264518.aspx
