Where is the Project Subtype Sample?

Anybody have a clue where I can find the following sample?

Apparently it is only in the VSX for VS 2005 SDK. It seems to use some classes called FlavoredProject and FlavoredProjectBase. Anybody know why the sample was removed. Are we not supposed to use FlavoredProject and FlavoredProjectBase?

i dealt with this problem by downloading a 2005 sdk and install it
so it seems that there is no better solution now

Yeah, it is strange how http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb165155.aspx in VS2008 SDK documentation referes to a sample that is ONLY in the VS2005 SDK. thx.

i use the samle code from 2005 sdk in my vs2008 projct,
and it works well,if you haven't download that i can email it to you.
just give me your address.

I do have the VS 2005 sample, however I am having difficulty getting it to build in VS 2008. If you have a VS2008 buildable version that would be helpful to me.

badfbafdbsfbsfb pointed out to me that vssdkassist located here http://vssdkassist.codeplex.com/Release/ProjectReleases.aspx?ReleaseId=11664 has built in wizards for creating a project flavor. This is much better than the old VS2005 sample because it builds just find in VS 2008. Thanks -badfbafdbsfbsfb
