Aero Snap sending weird values in WINDOWPOS structure

Question

Hello,

  I was communicating with Microsoft Connect team for some time about the issue and was finally redirected somewhere here. Maybe I am still writing to wrong location, so I appologize for that. Any hints will be appretiated.

Now to my issue:

I noticed, that when Aero Snap is sending final window size and position (via WM_WINDOWPOSCHANGING and WM_WINDOWPOSCHANGED messages) that in the case of maximizing window over entire screen working area some weird values are sent. It seems that Aero Snap is sending the position shifted by 8 pixels top-left direction and size bigger by 16 pixels.

Is it bug or feature? (In other Aero Snap scenarios values are as expected - no shift, size precisely set).

In case it is bug (I think it is) - where to report that?
