Server Based WDS

Question

Apologies if this is already been addressed:

 

Our environment is Win2KSP4 on desktops - pretty much "locked down" via Group Policy.  All profiles on server - no local files other than cached stuff.

 

We are currently using Google Desktop with DNKA on our server to index net shares - a bit of a pain in that it doesn't run as a service on our Win2K3 fileserver.  Is there a WDS implementation alternative that could be access via browser???
