When activate Windows Azure benefit included in a MSDN Professional subscription, the credit card information is required. One of our customers reported that he used IT card issued to his coworker to enter the information when asking for a credit card. However, he kept receiving error message somthing like : it does not like the name I enter.  I guess that the most of the registered information for the subscription owner and the credit card his used, should be the same, is this correct? In other words, if John buy himself a retail subscription and he needs to use his own (personal) credit card to activate the Windows Azure benefit included in his subscription, right?

What if John received the subscription from his company, he still needs to use his own personal card for activation? If yes, then he has to pay for the overages fees himself?

I think the Azure registration for MSDN is broken. I tried 2 different cards and I always get this:

There is a problem with your credit card information. Please re-enter and verify that the following information matches your credit card: •The credit card number
     •Your name
     •The card verification number
•The billing address registered with your credit card company

    You should contact billing support.

I'm afraid that the page that the"Billing Support" button leads to is not available, please have a check on it, thanks.

    Hello Microsoft OLC,

    > I'm afraid that the page that the"Billing Support" button leads to is not available.

May I ask for a screenshot of the page you see? You can upload the photo to SkyDrive and post the link to us.

Also how about using other browsers and clearing browser cache?

I'm glad to provide assistance if you are still not able to access billing support page normally.

    Thanks,

I've notified the billing support team of the issues you are seeing and they are looking into it. I'll reply back once I know more from the support team.
