Frage Data Sync Problems now not able to connect

    I had several Data Sync groups to an on-premise database and today they all started failing because I ran out of disk space on the local server.

    Now my Windows Azure apps are timing out accessing the SQL azure application and when I try to access via the portal I get this:

    "Connection failed.  The failure could be due to too many failed connections from your IP address or a network error. Try again later."

    Is there any way to "reset" the connections to SQL azure?  I've disable all the sync groups and rebooted all my Windows Azure instances.
