We’ve seen your great product MSN Messenger 7.5 include a feature

which is named Winks, but after Messenger version 7, the third part

customized winks need a digital sign for public usage. Would you like to

tell me how can we create or buy that digital sign for the winks made by

ourselves? And we want that winks be some kind of advertisement for our

customers, so the license should be commercial. And please send us a list of

available prices and corporate modes. Thanks.

Btw, we have prepared all the necessary materials for that winks

include flash movie, small picture, and background picture. So can you show

us how to combine those materials into a package and how to deliver it to

    our customers?

At this time, we only publish personal expression content from our existing content partners.  We have not opened the personal expression API for public use.

I have about the same question, i want users of MSN-messenger to be able to download our designed winks and dynamic avatars from our site.

I cannot find the information about which type of cerfiticate and signing/stamping tool i need.

MSN won't accept unsigned dynamic (flash) contents, so i really need to find a solution here ...

anybody has a tip for me ???

Only partners of microsoft will be able to develop winks, and believe me, the partners are all big companies. If you want to be one, contact somebody from microsoft directly instead of asking it on the forums.
