Dear Madam,

 

It is my pleasure to address you.  I was unable to install the automatic downloaded security update(KB928365) and then I downloaded version 2 and this enable me to install the update.  However I got help from the experts and their expertise enable me to succeed in my efforts.  However I convey my regards to you.

    For some odd reason i am still not able to install the updates ...i went through all the steps that you have provided but unfortunately i am experiencing the same thing...updates were not able to install..pls pls help me figure this out..
