My Expression Web 4 is English. How do I change user interface language of Expression Web 4 ? I wanna do Turkish. I am using Expression Web 4 with Windows 7 and I also have Office 2003 installed.

http://www.microsoft.com/expression/products/Web_FAQ.aspx : "Each of the Microsoft Expression products is available in the following languages: English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Japanese, Chinese Simplified, Chinese Traditional, and Korean. "
That would suggest that turkish is not an option. You'd need to talk to Microsoft to verify this. (This is a user to user forum - not MS technical support.)

Just as a note, from what you have written here, your English appears to be quite good enough to understand the simple terms used in the EW interface. Except for, perhaps, the Help file, you can probably navigate EW without a problem. Just sayin'... ;-)
