I was wondering how I can edit Word Press themes with Expresstion Web 4?
My hosting does allow me to use MySQL Database and yes I do have it set up but it still
does not display the .php content.

Your question is somewhat hazy, but one of the occasional contributors here, Morten Rand-Hendriksen, has created several presentations on using EW to edit WP themes. Here is one that he created which uses EW3, but the principles involved will work with EW4 as well.

Actually, TB, editing WP themes (not "working on the site," which is best done with WP's admin interface) is done using just such tools as EW, and if you troubled yourself to watch Morten's presentation, you would see just how much EW can contribute the task, and how much more suited it is than even a tool such as Dreamweaver.

For example here is a site Baja Boat Works that I did in about 4 hours. I can see where the theme structure for WP is very sophisticated and could benefit from a tool like EW.
