certmgr tool is not working, wher can i find it

i am trying to create some certificates my certmgr.exe is not working so can some body point me wher i can download it.

Hi Prasanth,

Try the following:

C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio 8\SDK\v2.0\Bin

or

C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio 8\Common7\Tools\Bin
