Microsoft.Net Application Security Warning

Question

Hello:

 

I am installing SQL Server 2008 Enterprise on a Windows 2008 Server. The Setup generates warnings for two rules, "Microsoft.Net Application Security" and "Windows Firewall".

 

The first says that if I am prompted to open/save a file when accessing the link "http://crl.microsoft.com/pki/crl/products/MicrosoftRootAuthority.crl", I should not have any validation issues.

 

I do get promoted.

 

I wonder what the root cause of this warning is.
