Global Navigation - uppercase/capitalized

Question

I've re-named the title of the portal and all it's subsites - from capitalized letters to normal...but one subsite keeps the uppercased letters... 

Thinking it's some kind of cache - emptied the IE cache ...restarted the server and all apppools are re-cycled, the website has been re-started in IIS, I've been in the DB -> allwebsites to check the title etc. etc. - still the subsite keeps the uppercase...  

how can force a "re-fresh" of the global navigation ? 

Update: disabled the intranet cache profile...did the trick...

An F5 does a hard refresh as well.
