When I publsih a web database template from the Microsoft application I get the following error:

Access Services is unable to process the request.Click here to try again.

I have published an Access Web Database that is one of the templates for microsoft and I get the following error:

Can you look at the logs and identify any errors in the logs?

I came across this error before, but I fix it by running an IISRESET on my box. You can give it a try.
