Display thumbnails of images in standard search?

Hi,

How do I display thumbnails in search result when there is an image, I thought this would be a standard SP feature...

Hi Martin,

SharePoint 2010 can display the thumbnails of image in the standard search result by default, you can add an image in a Picture library, crawl and check again.

If you put the image in other libraries (e.g. Asset library), you can configure and display the thumbnails of image in search result per the following article,
