Linked spreadsheets in sharepoint

Question

Hi All,

I have some spreadsheets which are linked so that if i change anything in the master spreadsheet, the changes will be amended in all other sheets which are linked to master.

Now they are stored in the network drive. Is it possible to store them to SharePoint document library?

If yes, what are the limitations for storing the same.

Hi Shailu123,

You can store your spreadsheet into SharePoint. But as far as I know, this is not supported according to http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/sharepointserver/HA101054571033.aspx specifically under the 'Unsupported Features' section that lists 'External references to linked workbooks'.
