connection to sharepoint webside form outside

I want to access my sharepoint website from outside . i have created the ssl certificate and all but no issue, ii need help it's urgent

That depends on your requirement. You need to open port 443, and 80 for the web. Configure it to IIS for certificates, and it's done.
