Wanna change Bydefault Menu of site which we create thru navigation option

Please guide me how to change bydefault menu style ,i think need to change in master pages ,Please guide me from beginning i am new in customization.

Hello! You can change styles using Cascading Style Sheets. You do not necessarily have to modify the master page.
