Hello SharePoint gurus,
Hoping someone has a quick calc syntax for this.
I have a SharePoint List with the following columns:
URL
Room#I have a need for this list that on a date I specifiy as "7 days from date created", the the "Room#" prepends..or really.. concantenates, to the front of the URL (which makes the URL no good.. which is what I need).
The point of this is.. I'm simply looking of a way that on day 7, the URL is hidden/gone/unreadable (whatever).
I know that this would work if this list had been built in the standard Announcement Template. But, I inherited this things and had no say in it's original build. So now much make work what is there.
It should be noted I have *no* access to SPD.
Any help is great appreciated!

Monday, April 16, 2012 11:34 AMYou could create a Information Policy on the list. This will allow you to say after 7 days move, delete etc.

Hello Luke! Thank you for the idea. Unfortunately, I have no access to creating an Information Policies on the system.
Hoping there may be another solution out there! :-)

Hi Avimia,
Without access to SPD or the list settings to create a information policy I'm afraid there is no way.
Luke
