With the AKS HCCE installed, I seem to be getting the output of <wssuc:Welcome id="explitLogout" runat="server" /> printing the user name outside of the <html> structure which is breaking my layout brutally in IE7. This only fails/happens when I add the <%@ Page language="C#" Inherits="HiSoftware.SharePoint.Common.PublishingLayoutPageEx,HiSoftware.SharePoint.Common,Version=1.0.0.0,Culture=neutral,PublicKeyToken=bbf2d1bc0f93b1de" %> to the top of the layout page.
