How to get person/gorup picker value in workflow

Hello,

Is there any way that when i re-assign a task to other user while using custom task form, i could get the Changed value in person/group picker (I change the value in group/person picker and then submit button) to re-assign the task. Iam looking for this solutuion from many days but no luck.

Or any suggesttion or logic regarding re-assign task while using custom task form will also be welcome.

Any help will be highly appreciated, Thanks in advance.
