Monday, January 11, 2010 9:32 PMDid you do a custom install or complete full install?
If you did do a custom install, did you select to install Visual Studio Tools for SharePoint 2010?

Monday, January 11, 2010 10:24 PMI probably think there has been some problem with your installation. Can you check by doing a re-install?
If not, you can seek the Visual Studio 2010 Install and Setup forum wheren you might get more help on this. If so, I can move this topic to the Visual Studio 2010 Install and Setup forum .

There's three possbile options. Either it's a corrupted install, you're using an older version than the public Visual Studio 2010 beta 2, or you specifically unselected "SharePoint Tools" when you installed Visual Studio 2010 beta 2.
You might be able to get them back by trying one of these command line options:
DEVENV /ResetSkipPackages
DEVENV /setup
DEVENV /InstallVSTemplates
I think those are all correct. There's some help with DEVENV /? also.

If I want to install visual studio 2010 beta 2 in the same PC , do I need to uninstall beta 1 version or no need?
Thanks.
