Managed Metadata Term Custom Properties support for more than 255 characters

Question

Hi, this question is more for the product team. According to MSDN documentation (http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/microsoft.sharepoint.taxonomy.term.setcustomproperty.aspx) custom term properties can contain up to 1000 characters but that has proven not to be the case. Currently it seems that these custom properties can only support up to 255 characters. I also noticed that the term's description set method can store up to 1000 characters and was able to validate that.

Are there any plans to enable custom term properties to support up to 1000 characters?

Hi Henry,

I have tested this with the February '12 CU and I could add a description of 1000 characters.  are you at the latest build or are you at RTM?
