sharepoint 2010, looking for document library in better look and feel

Question

Currently we are not very satisfied with document library in default style, and want an improved library in better UI, and I am looking for the desired style/solution now.

Is there a sample / solution / 3rd-party product for document library to achieve this, please help recommend.

It also can be achieved if you modify the theme and master page of site for that document library.

can you please elaborate the requirements. as there are many ways to do the same. but there are some limitations with each approach . please share the snap shot what look and feel you require.

Change the XSLT underlined to display the document libary. There are two ways

1) Edit the Look and feel by SHarePoint Designer

2) Create a custom Schema and points that to the document library view.refer image

You can do the edit page and shold be able to get edit web part option for the ListViewWeb Part
