I know anonymous users have access to list but can the anonymous users also submit form to the library?

Wednesday, March 07, 2012 3:47 PMYes, they can, as is outlined in the article http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/sharepoint2010customization/thread/fd5f3ba3-fe66-4342-972f-fa375308c460. Please note that there is a nuance here: InfoPath is used to create a list form (where a single form maps to a single list). This is different from creating multiple forms in InfoPath, associate them to a form library and then submitting forms.

Do I have to follow this article and add code to enable the anonymous users have access to sharepoint document library.
http://blogs.devhorizon.com/reza/2008/03/30/guest-account-enabler-code-download-and-more/
Anonymous access is greyed out for add, edit and delete items. I have stopped inheritance on the library of interest and tried to check add, delete item but it is greyed out. Please advice.
I have also checked the central admin, Application management, Web application, anomymous policy is set to no policy
