The following link helps to merge but could not follow the last part of the article.
[To save the form that contains the merged data, on the File menu, click Save As, browse to the location where you want to save the form, and then click Save.]

I was thinking of merging the form and save in a different location and then bulk print the form.

Hi ChitraSaha,
Please browse to your form library > click little triangle on the right of the default view name > Select Merge Documents view (a default view in form library) > select the check boxes of the form you want to merge under Merge column > Click Merge button under Documents tab on the ribbon > then a new form with merged data will be open in InfoPath Designer > Click File > Save As > Type a target library URL for File Name or navigator to target library from Explorer Address bar > Type a new name for the form > Save.
Note: Please make sure you have selected "Combine the value in the target form with the values form the source forms" option for the control (in control properties > Advanced tab > Merge Settings) so that merge function can work.
Best regards,
Emir
