How to associate a List workflow to Reusable Content Type based workflow?

Question

I developed a list workflow using SharePoint Designer 2010. Now I realized that it should have been a reusable workflow associated to content type, to start with.

Is there any way I can take a list based workflow and somehow (even if it involves manually editing xoml files) associate it to reusable workflow?

Please note that the workflow has variables that get initialized based on list item values. The content type has exactly the same column definitions as the list.

You can't.  Once it's a list workflow, it can't be made reusable unless maybe you do it manually, but I am not sure people have gone to that extent in Beta (I personally haven't).
