When I create a workflow in SharePoint designer based on the collect feedback workflow I can add custom columns to the Task form.  This works and the custom columns appear.

How do I hide the other default columns like % Complete/Status/Due Date etc. on the custom Task form?

    Hi

    check this doc

    http://littletalk.wordpress.com/2009/03/30/hide-remove-title-column-from-sharepoint-list/

in which is presented how to hide "tilte" column

Repeat the steps for your columns

romeo donca, your suggestion does not work for me.  When I set columns to hidden then the form fails to load with the following error:

Then when I set the colums to unhidden the form still fails to load even though it has been reset to the settings it was at before hiding the columns.  The content type is now broken.

try to get the ULS viewer for SharePoint to see the detailed error message.

Jason Li - Canada - thanks for responding.  I have the ULS viewer and I had checked the correlation ID before posting above.  Nothing appears for the correlation ID.  I have verbose logging turned on.
