i created an workflow using the action Collect in sharepoint designer 2007........ FoodAndeverage is a group that i created under people and group in sharepoint
so when this workflow starts it only send an email to the user trainer why?????????
kindly i need your advise to solve this problem

Well we know the workflow works because trainer got an email so what could be the problem is that the other user's emails are not setup to the account and so sharepoint doesn't know where to send it.

if i go to the group from the sharepoint and send an email both of them will get the email but on the workflow only trainer gets it
what would be the trick to fix it ?????? actually i am really confused about it

by the way i found the solution it was so simple i turned off the email notification in the workflow task->list ->advanced settings and i turn them on again then i restarted the server.
it seems for every changing in the permission or the workflow you should restart the server and it will work just fine.oh god i have been working on this since months, i cant believe the solution is so simple.
