i have 2 Node SQL Cluster
2 Node Application Server in NLB
2 Node Web Server in NLB.
Now i want to prepare my DR Site which is located out site country.
i have created web application with host header like http://market.mydomain.com
On my DR Site i have created another server farm with following configuration:
1 DB Server
1 Application Server
1 Web Server
Now please guide what action and configuration should i take to configure my DR Site. So that in case of primary site down, my SharePoint server switch to DR Site.

There are different techniques and tools available, and the choice always depends on the Restore Time and Restore Point Objectives requested by the business and the costs of implementation.
General speaking, there are three types of DR: they are cold standby, warm standby and hot standby. Each of them has it’s pros and cons. For instance, in a hot standby disaster recovery scenario, you can set up a recovery farm to provide disaster recovery in a separate data center from the primary farm. You can choose them according to your business needs.
One thing you need to keep in mind, SharePoint will not switch to a DR site itself, you need to make it happen.

Basically i want to setup DR + HA site.
just want to setup like above link. would you please guide me what could be an issue / impact to setup this. Any consideration to take place in terms of network, bandwidth, any recommendation.
my data centre is geographically distributed.

I think you will struggle to use HA mirroring if your 2nd data-center is more then 40 to 50 KMs away from your primary, the latency must be 1ms or your system will be hamstrung with slow responses.
also you will need 1 GB per second bandwidth.
With a streched farm you will need to be able to join the servers in the 2nd DC to the Farm in the 1st DC.
Your other option would be to build a second farm in your 2nd DC, with the same web-apps as the 1st farm and log ship the content bds across

if i build farm with 1 app and 1 web server in 2nd Datacenter and do content database mirroring. what about other solutions and changed i keep on performing on primary farm at 1st datacenter. how would i update farm at 2nd datacenter.

Regarding the streched FARM there is minimum latency requirement like 2 msec or so between any two servers in FARM.
regarding the mirroring - the code deployment on primary farm will need to be applied to DR farm as well.
