SharePoint 2010 is there a way to limit users so they can not print or save new documents?

I want them to be able to edit, and save changes, but not save as or print.

Yes, this is called Information Rights Management. There is a lot of information on technet about it. It is part of the settings of a content type and requires some additional software installation and configuration
