microsoft best practices analyzer for windows sharepoint 2010

Microsoft has published best practices analyzer for windows sharepoint 2007. Does Microsoft has the same tool for SharePoint 2010? If yes, when can I download it?

Its built into Central Admin in 2010.  It sets different best practices and checks them on a reacurring element, you can also set up your own custom rules.
