Pre-Upgrade Checker

Hi Folks

I am running the stsadm.exe -o preupgradecheck on my WSS3.0 farm, everything looks like it passes apart from orphan sites. It lists about 4 sites that are currently being used without any problems and these can be accessed by our users. The sites are host heaser based sites and all of them are in 1 particular content database. There are however other sites in that content database that are not reported as orphan sites. I have also run enumallwebs and cannot see where there are any duplicates.

Does anyone know how I can rectify this issue. I dont want to attempt an upgrade and find out it fails and I need to restore!
