How do I create an area for org structure in Sharepoint?

Question

I need to creat an area where I can list team members (title, infor, etc) and also add their picture. How do I do this?

There is already an Org Browser built in to User Profiles available in the MySite Host.  Before you try to create your own org chart I would look at the built-in capability.  Take a look at the following article on Creating and managing a mysite host.
