After Pressing  on OK button  again a popup shown for  credentials (User name and Password ) and after providing the User name and password  i am getting the below message like this

    Hi waheedswe,

Did you try to open Word template in document library?

Open Microsoft Office Word and then click File > Options > Trust Center > Trust Center Settings > Protected View and remove all selected options. This will make you document management unsafe so you should consider.

You can come to Save to SharePoint in Microsoft Word and then add document libraries into Microsoft Word.

To identify clearly what happened, download ULS Viewer and track any log related to your issue.

    Hi waheedswe,

Prior to integrating with Microsoft Office, you have to configure User Profile Service Application and then select Connect to Office feature in the Ribbon inside each document library.

By the way, I have just remembered the case similar to your problem. My employee was using Windows 7 64-bit while using Microsoft Office 2010 32-bit. Once she opened a document stored in a document library, she encountered the error like yours. I recommeded using consistently with whether 32-bit or 64-bit versions for Windows 7 and Office 2010. After that, everything was OK. Could you consider this case and let me know if it's similar to yours.

    Hi waheedswe,

Open Microsoft Office Word 2010 (assuming you are using) and navigate to File > Help. Under About Microsoft Word, you will get the information, for example like mine: Version: 14.0.6112.5000 (32-bit).

    Hi waheedswe,

Try to re-install Microsoft Office 64-bit and see how it goes. I don't know other computers but by now you are using products inconsistently.

you can try this... Go to CA and Web applications list...Select your web app and click general settings... Change the browser handling option from Strict to Permissive and try again...
