Subsite disappeared after April 2012 update

Hi,
After installing the April 2012 update for SharePoint 2010 Server I noticed that a subsite I had created yesterday had disappeared.
The site was a Enterprise Wiki which housed our forums - it's disappeared from the navigation, and I get a 403 when I try to access the old URL.
It seems like the subsite is still around somewhere, or at least references to it, as I'm unable to create a new subsite using the same name.
Anyone know how I can find out where it's hidden, or how I can go about to recreate the subsite with the same URL?

It's worth mentioning that this site was set to not inherit permissions, and that I can still find it listed in dbo.AllWebs.
I assume I need to reapply the site's permissions, which I got a feeling that I have to do directly into the database, as I'm not able to access it in any other way.
Any tips would be much appreciated.- Edited by Arve Synd Wednesday, May 09, 2012 7:15 AM

I did stsadm -o enumallwebs, and I can see the forum site which I created:
<Web Id="29e6af67-9e4b-4aba-9812-ae463edd757b" Url="/Forum" LanguageId="1033" TemplateName="ENTERWIKI#0" TemplateId="56" />
When I try to access http://intranet.domain.com/Forum I get error 500, when I try to access http://intranet.domain.com/Forum/_layouts/settings.aspx I get a 403. I'm also unable to see it from SharePoint Designer, and I can't get access to the site with traditional means.
Is there any way to reset the subsite's permissions back to inherit through PowerShell? -

Hi Arve,
I just installed the April 2012 updates and the exact same issue happened to me. I have case open with MS now and they are researching into it.
Were you able to resolve the issue?

Hi, dlm33314.
I am still working with Microsoft on trying to resolve the case.
Since our subsite did not contain a whole lot of information, I've decided that I'll be fine with just deleting it, as the new subsite I created to replace it has been filled with content. -

Hi, Pious PP,
For _layouts/viewlsts.aspx I get a 403.I've had Microsoft in two remote sessions now, and I hope to have this case resolved by this week. First attempt will be to have the permissions fixed, as it seems to be related to the fact that the site was set to not inherit permissions. If this fails, we will try to simply remove the site, so I don't have any orphaned sites just sitting around.

thanks for update Arve
Let me know if MS has any stable resolution steps because many of the post are updating about issue after April CU
After April CU some content gives HTTP Internal Server Error
