You have 2 choices, you can either use in-place upgrade or use database attach upgrade for your Foundation
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc262342.aspx
You might separate SQL and SharePoint to two servers, and perform farm installation. If you will perform a clean installation, you should backup the content databases on your foundation and restore them to the SharePoint standard.

Thanks for you answer , I have one server include sqlserver2008R2 64bit and sharepoint Fondation 2010 in Vmware is virtual machine
I need your advice about the steps that i will do:
1-I creat one new virtual machine that i install sharepoint server standart 2010
2- the second server i will remove sharepoint Fondation 2010 and I leave just sqlserver 2008R2 64bit
3-I will migrate by command line from sharepoint Fondation to standart
Many Thanks

You could do the inplace upgrade as suggested by Marek if you intend to remain with 1 server for your SharePoint environment.
Before you do anything, as usual backup everything, if you're in a position too you could take a snapshot as your using VMware. Depending on resources and which environment this is in, you could do the inplace and then look to seperating out the DB's later.

Hi
I suggest install separate SharePoint2010 and SQL , You have install in new farm and use database attach and detach to new farm. I suggest this way.

Create a new server - install as a farm.
Configure the service applications.
Backup your content databases from the old sql server, copy them to your new SQL server, restore to the new SQL server.
Create web applications using existing database names, attach remaining content databases.Marek Chmel, WBI Systems (MCTS, MCITP, MCT, CCNA)

Thursday, April 12, 2012 9:30 AMI would recommend to separate sharepoint and sql server into two servers. And also to perform a clean install of an SQL server, as I would guess you did install foundation as basic installation with express edition, right?

If you can create a clean virtual machine for your sharepoint and for your sql, if you cannot, you can use existing sql server but you have to be carefull about naming your config db and service application databases, as you already have some on your sql now.Marek Chmel, WBI Systems (MCTS, MCITP, MCT, CCNA)

You dont have to reinstall foundation.
Backup your old content databases from foundation
Create two new VMs
Install SQL Server to VM1
Install SharePoint server to VM2
Configure your SharePoint server
Restore backups of your content dbs to your SQL
Create web application using existing DB name
If any, attach additional content dbs in central adminthis might help http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc262342.aspx#DBAttach

install SQL to one VM, then install sharepoint to second VM using server farm/complete option.
Run sharepoint config wizard - enter sql server name, enter farm account and your farm will be configured.

Tuesday, April 24, 2012 9:33 AMYou have to restore your databases in sql vm, and then you have to recreate sharepoint web application in your sharepoint vm and use existing name for your dbs. And also if you have multiple content databases you have to attach them in central administration.

Did you consider to hire some professional to do this for you?
Anyway .. in central administration you have to at first create service applications - configure your sharepoint enviroment. Afterwards you can create a web application in central administration. You need to enter hostname for your web app, db server name and db name and few more information. When the web application will be created with a db name of an existing content database you should see in your site collection list your existing site collections.

Wednesday, April 25, 2012 10:11 AMthere is no need to use visualupgrade since you have attached the database from 2010 version already

Tuesday, June 05, 2012 9:38 AMYou have to use SharePoint Management Shell (in the start menu/SharePoint 2010) not just basic PowerShell.
