If you would like to use NLB there are several guides you can follow
- install network load balancing feature on both WFEs
- configure a NLB cluster with a cluster IP address
- configure a DNS record you would like to use for accessing SharePoint to use the cluster IP address (intranet, portal, whatever)
- check your alternate access mappings configuration
