Looking to partner with other Microsoft Office Live designers and developers.

Question

Where do I post, or who do I ask, concerning how long it takes to get on the Microsoft Office Live Partner Directory? There are several listings I would like to post, but the first one I tried remains “pending”. Additionally, I am looking for a good place to post if, let’s say, I am a Microsoft Office Live Small Business developer who wishes to focus on the backside of development but would like to find those to partner with that specialize more in the front graphic side of design.  Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.  I welcome suggestions here or on any my windows live spaces.

Nice site! I need a partnership too. I own an Alabama - based company, Noumenon Webmasters or nIT. I do (X)HTML & CSS, a good bit of graphic design & some Javascript. I hope to hear back from you.
