Express Studio 4 Web Professional Office Upgrade Eligiblity

Hi,

I own two versions of Office, Office 97 Standard Edition, and Office 2010 Home & Student Edition.

Now, it seems that I am eligible for the Studio 4 Web Professional upgrade offer. However, I want to confirm the same here. My computer doesn't have either of the above programs installed, but I do have the original disc/cd-keys for both of them.

So, how will the upgrade work? What kind of details would I need to provide about the existing Office products?

The "upgrade" is a competitive price reduction - just install it. Usually no details of the qualifying products are required, But have the Office CD/DVD available in case you need it.
