Problem installing Expression Studio 3.. Help please.
-
Friday, December 11, 2009 11:22 PMHey, firstly I'm new to here. So bare with me and my... really stupid questions.
I'm a student who has entered the DreamScape programme,
I'm doing webdesign etc - so what better product than Microsoft Expression Studio 3 to try.
So, I go to install..
and I get this error:
"The Windows Installer service is busy configuring another program. Please complete the active installation and click Retry to continue. Click Cancel to cancel setup."
My first question I asked myself was:
"Hmm... what am I installing then.."
The answer? Nothing.
I opened task manager and searched, nothing to do with installations.
Whatsoever.
Here's an image:

I have nothing else installing,
Only that.
What could be the issue?
and how could I resolve it?
Thank you in advance.

The message you want to install the files used in the middle of nowhere, so is the message.
And install all the programs shut down or reboot after the installation instructions.- Proposed As Answer by 새시 Monday, December 21, 2009 5:31 AM

Saturday, May 22, 2010 5:30 AMGood question, makes no sense to me either. But you can probably forget about getting help with installation issues on this forum, it appears that your only option is to pay Microsoft a hundred bucks to help you install the software they wrote. Based on all the cries for help I see here it seems obvious that it was a tragic mistake to waste money on Expression Studio 3, and I'm already shopping for the best price on the Adobe product line. Good luck....
