Having trouble downloading you tube video to website. Coping and pasteing Embed code from YouTube Video not working.

Exactly what kind of trouble are you experiencing? Please provide more details of the problem.
Also we'd need a link to a sample page in which you have pasted the YouTube code and/or to the video you're trying to embed so others could test it themselves. Perhaps is it an end-user issue, e.g. with a browser setting, your internet connection etc. A sample page can be put up briefly, long enough for some members here to have a look and give an answer, and then can be taken down again if you don't want the page to remain on the web.
Did you copy the exact code into the code view of Expression Web? The code I could find for the 'embed' option was a simple <iframe> code:
<iframe width="560" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/BeCPC6b2nTE" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
You should copy that full string of code into code view of Expression Web, not the Design View.
I find YouTube sometimes a bit hit and miss as far as smooth playback is concerned, but I would think this is due to the load on the website servers at peak times, whatever they might be.
