Licensing Problem With Expression Studio Web Professional 4.0

Question

I purchased Expression Web 4 through MS VLSC. No product key is required. I had this installed in Windows 7. I installed Windows 8 and transferred all my settings and was able to install EW4. I had a different problem and MS help told me to do a REFRESH, which removed EW4. I tried to reinstall it and got the licensing error. I applied the fix for Expression Web 4 and all parts of this suite now seem to work except DESIGN. I am still getting the licensing error with DESIGN. Is there a fix for this, or can you help. The MS "Easy" Transfer took hours and I do not know how to selectively transfer only the EW4 settings, if that is even possible.

Licensing problems with Design can only be fixed by opening a support case with Microsoft Support.  A credit card may be asked for, but there should be no charge.
