Microsoft Expression Encoder 4 Pro SP 2 Format changing. (How?)

Question

Hi guys I just recently downloaded and installed Expression Encoder 4 by Microsoft and have a video with Audio and video and I would like to know how I save the video as a different format then .xesc 

Also It was a desktop recording I did with the program specifically and I have encoded the video and it says Ready but I have the slightest clue on what to do now. Any help at all is extremely appreciated.

Expression Encoder allows you to encode screen captures as VC-1 wmv or H.264 MP4 files (H.264 requires purchase of the Pro version). In general, you will open a Transcoding Project within the encoder application, import your screen capture file, and set the encoder settings appropriately. Try using some of the presets to start, and refer to the resource materials listed below:
