I have an AVI which has a date time banner in it.

Through GSpot we have identified the codec and filter that is being used

    Codec:-  SN40

    Filter:-  LrxTextOv.AX

When I encode using Expression Encoder I lose the date time banner.

Playing around with GraphEdit, I managed to output a windows media file that kept the date time banner, so I guess I could ask questions in this forum - http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/windowsdirectshowdevelopment/threads - about direct show development, but I'm looking for a way of doing it using Expression Encoder.

The Expression Encoder features page mentions "DirectShow filters" as an option, is it possible to use this LrxTextOv.AX filter to maintain the datetime banner on the output video
