Error while install Microsoft Expression Encoder 4

Dear Paul,

I have download the expression encoder 4 free copy but my laptop keep prompt access denied as per social.expression.microsoft.com/Forums/getfile/199309

I have grant full access for all users in my laptop but it still prompt the same error.

Check your anti virus.  You may find you need to temporarily disable your Access Protection.
