Hey everybody. So, I'm getting a very Vague error message over three different machines with Microsoft Expression Encoder 4. You know the one, Unkown Error Encoding File, error code 0x813A0002. The encoding never starts, as the error comes up right after (or during, I'm not sure) Estimating

The file has a duration of 31:09.019, a file size of 102.1 MB, dimensions of 1280x800, a frame rate of 29.97p, and uses Mono channel.

My machine is Windows 7 x64 bit with 4G's of ram, an Intel Core Duo Processor at 3.00GHz, and an Intel Q33 Express chipset Family for the display driver that has 256 MB of video ram.

Now, my machine doesn't have the best graphics 'card' but the other two machines have better specs and actual graphics cards (as the one is our media production computer) and they both have the same issue (However, with the vagueness of the error, it could very well be different issues)

Also, none of the settings are tampered with except for the width and height of the video which we set to 716 width by 448 height.

I know there will be questions so that we can narrow this down, so I will be answering the questions as soon as possible.

I should also mention that we are trying to encode Windows Media Files of Webinars from GoToMeeting (which require the G2M codec) to Windows Media Files that do NOT require the G2M codec.

    Thanks!

I forgot to mention that we have one computer (A laptop) that IS able to encode it exactly the way we want with no issues.

The two others that aren't working are x32 bit (Win7) and the laptop that is working is also x32 bit (win7)

    Thanks again!
