While I'm using the Screen Capture program, normally its processor usage hovers between 0-5% even when recording without audio; however, when I click on the audio button of the toolbar even while not recording its processor usage immediately jumps to 25%
(I have a quad-core processor), and recording with audio hovers between 25-30%. Is there a reason for this, can it be fixed, etc.?
Am still having this problem despite trying several different things and can't find anyone else reporting it... any solutions? If it helps, I am using an HP laptop with an Intel i5 and AMD graphics, and this is with the built-in microphone.
