    HI everyone,

I need an answer to this seriously.  I've had the same problem with WMS on Windows Server 2003 and 2008.  Everyone I enter my http://{ip-Address}/{PublishingPointName} in the Output-Streaming-Publishing Point part on the gui in Expression Encoder 3, it says "The specified push publishing point is invalid".  I know it is not the Firewall anymore because now it is actually connecting.  I also know positively that it is nothing to do with the routers or network configuration.

I think it is some setting on the Server side with WMS that I do not know about yet.  Has anyone else encountered this problem with the publishing point?  Also, will this allow me to push a live feed and allow someone to view live video at the moment of it being recorded???

    Ok.

I read another thread specifying when you setup a Publishing Point on your Windows Media Services that a part is specifying the Content Location such as: http://encoder:port/ and whatever else is needed to connect to the expression encoder.  Does anyone have a working example of this?  I have my encoder on one computer, and the WMS server is at another location within the same LAN.  Any help is greatly appreciated.
