    Version: 4.0.4276.0    (EE 4 Pro SP 2)

SKU: (Is that the product key? I don't really want to share that if so. Can provide privately)

    64-bit OS

    Using device (simple streams)

    LiveJob

    -----------------------------------------------------------

We are creating SmoothStreaming content using LiveJob and PushBroadcastPublishFormat. We are actually grabbing the resulting manifest(s) and resulting .ismv (singular) and moving those to a different location to be streamed.

    -

We are using LiveJob for this because our solution requires a forensic watermark to be embedded into the video stream, and we're using a product called MediaEscort (http://usvo.com/mediaescortse.html) that takes a source file, and splits the single video and audio stream and outputs Virtual video/audio devices. The resulting video stream has the watermark.

These video devices are consumed by a LiveJob. We actually publish to the local IIS (localhost) and then copy the resulting file(s) to a different streaming server. This is because the boxes that encode are different from the boxes that serve the content.

This all works as planned with the exception that.... we would like to see multiple .ismv files in the output folder (one per stream) created by a LiveJob encode. This is how RegularJob works--you give it several bitrates (etc) in the profile/preset, and it gives you one .ismv per video stream.

    -

This is what we would like for LiveJob. At present, LiveJob gives us just the single .ismv file in the presentation folder... and that single .ismv has all the streams inside of it.

    -

We would like to find out if LiveJob can be configured to output one .ismv per stream, like RegularJob.

    -

Please don't suggest alternative ways to solve our issue, as we've exhausted the alternatives to this point. If multiple .ismv files from a LiveJob are not possible, please let us know.

Part of the reason why we need to keep this encode as a LiveJob is the DRM requirement.

We're using a Drm provider called BuyDRM. The regular Job (EE.Job) does not have a DRM implementation... LiveJob does (EE.LiveJob.Drm)
